The REIT has announced the acquisition of an 88.62% effective interest in Tokyo Data Centre 4 and Tokyo Data Centre 5, two freehold hyperscale data centres in Greater Tokyo. The growth in Keppel DC REIT's data centre portfolio has helped the REIT to deliver growth in its distributions.
