Centurion Accommodation Reit is a stock that I wanted to sell off since its IPO as I had received too small an allocation during IPO. It did not make sense for me to monitor this stock considering the allocation and  I am not familiar with this industry and its prospects. With AI and Humanoid Robots, how would this industry be affected, I was not too sure too. It was either I added more post IPO or I sell the entire allotment. I decided to sell it.

I have been waiting to have all 3 local bank stocks for the longest time. This time as UOB stock has the lowest valuation and I have some faith that our local banks including UOB will still continue to
