Parkway Life REIT (SGX: C2PU): FY2026 Half Year Result
By DividendParadise  •  September 4, 2026
On 4 August 2026, Parkway Life REIT (“PLife”) released their half year result for FY2026. PLife recorded a quarter-over-quarter decline in DPU, reflecting the full-quarter absence of rental income from tenant departures under the Japan portfolio in the prior period.
