The location of the property is very strategic, in the heart of Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Most importantly, it’s right smack on top of a major shopping mall, Tropicana City Mall. Tropicana City Mall has the right mixtures of shops and activities including restaurants, pubs like OverTime, cinema Golden Screen Cinema, fast food, hypermarket Carrefour, bookshop Borders, pharmacies, post office, news stands and more. There is also a corporate office tower beside which houses great corporate tenants like 988 Radio Station which contributes to the hype of the location. The condo itself has great amenities like a large swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room, squash court and more. What’s there not to like about this place?
