1. Pavilion Kuala Lumpur Mall is a leasehold seven-storey retail podium located strategically at Jalan Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur. The property is valued at RM4.55 billion. As at 30 June 2018, it enjoys a 98.7% occupancy rate with key tenants such as Parkson Elite, Golden Screen Cinema, and Food Republic.
