For some reasons, I took the earliest train to work. On my way to work, when the train reach Bunoa Vista Mrt Station, I noticed Ho Bee's building. It is almost completed.
For those I have spoken before on Ho Bee, you would like agree with me that the share price has been doing well. And most of you would also agree with me that our REITs have been doing well too, at least in share price. SPH is exploring the possibility of forming a Reit for listing on SGX, so what about Ho Bee and the rest of other companies holding onto industrial, commercial and retail properties? If the market likes to have yield and does not mind paying for it (to the extend of paying above its NAV), the Companies should give it to them, build up their balance sheet, ...
