Jun 2018 Portfolio Update – Growing My Passive Income

Total Invested Capital: S$227,745 Time flies. I just realized the last update on my portfolio was 3 months back. Based on the total invested capital, I have added another $14,000 into my portfolio. Since March, I added the following counters: 8,000 shares of Singtel 7,600 shares of Fraser Log & Ind Trust (combination of rights entitlement, excess rights and purchase of 5,000 shares prior rights issue) I have also sold the following counters: 8,000 shares of Comfort Delgro 5,000 shares of Guocoland My portfolio currently stands at: Stock No. of Shares Comfort DelGro 5,000 Suntec Reit 12,000 ST Engineering 7,000 QAF 20,000 Singtel 18,000 Starhill Global Reit 27,000 Keppel Corp 1,500 CapitaMall Trust 6,000 M1 5,000 Keppel Infra Trust 15,340 OUE Hospitality Trust 7,357 CDL Hospitality Trust 2,900 Sing Holdings 10,000 DBS 103 Fraser Log & Ind Trust 9,600 Fraser Commercial Trust 1,138 With the fears, the U.S. trade war ......
