Improving health, sanity and financials in quarantine: 5 ways – $0

The US started the lockdown on March 17 2020. Today marks almost 60 days of isolation. In this post I shall be sharing with you 5 changes I have made in these 2 months to maintain my sanity, health and keeping my spendings low. I hope you find some of these tips helpful.

For the first month, I gained 6lbs (or approx 3kg). This was after I developed a weird habit of craving for carbs at 11pm every night— and my comfort food was spaghetti.
