Waterway Cascadia is one of the newer HDB developments in the Punggol area that has reached its MOP, with a lease starting in just 2017 (not even 5 years!).

It was launched in the July 2012 BTO exercise and at that time, it did not really stand out much as a lot of attention was going to other more attractive BTOs in mature locations: Depot Heights,
