Overview of Webull Originally founded in 2017, Webull is owned by a Chinese fintech company, Fumi Technology. The brokerage was subsequently launched in the United States (US) in 2018 and entered Hong Kong (HK) in 2020. Having incorporated in 2021, Webull is currently regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and holds a Capital Markets Services (CMS) Licence under the Securities and Futures Act 2001.
