An income-focused mindset

I love dividends. It’s the reason I started investing in the first place. My first stock was Suntec REIT (SGX: T82U), which I bought during its IPO in 2004. I only had S$5,000, but I was excited to get some shares. I still own those shares today, and they still pay me dividends every quarter. They are like a gift that keeps on giving....
