Goodbye 2023, Hello 2024. Today is the last day of the year 2023 and in a few hours time, we will be welcoming 2024. Last year, I shared that I will focus on my Mindset, Health, Wealth and Skills. Below is my updates on the progress.
First, let me touch on my Health since this is almost everyone’s top priority. As the saying goes, Health is Wealth. I was extremely overweight in the year 2022. In 2023, I managed to shed 2.7kg from 75.30kg to 72.60kg. I am still overweight.
Despite my hectic work schedule, I make it a routine to run minimally 5 kilometres or more each week. This year, I ran 71 times, totalling 338.6km which was 34.7km more than what I ran in the year 2022.
