2023 Q4: I reached a point where I can pay for stress to go away

Before I talk about numbers, I want to recount a life-changing encounter I had in November. Background – stress, fatigue and headaches In 2023, I experienced a lot of changes in my life. I welcomed a child into my life. While I enjoyed most of my time with my baby, weekday nights were physically demanding and I was often tired. It didn’t help that my wife was very stressed about our child’s well-being. At the same time, new bosses were installed at my workplace and I was assigned a new task by them.
