Investors in the SSB may be disappointed by the interest rate offered by the latest issuance. The
latest SSB (SBFEB24 GX24020T) offers a 1-year interest rate of 2.72%, and a 10-year average interest rate of 2.81%. The 10-year average return is lower than the previous SSB,
which offered a 10-year return of 3.07%. Compared to the
