Post-Pandemic, what happened to the Worst COVID-19 pandemic hit S-REITs?

I reckon we are now in a post-pandemic world. On 5 May 2023, more than three years since COVID-19 was designated as a pandemic, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared an end to the global Public Health Emergency (PHE) for COVID-19. I don’t know about you, but I always felt that when it comes to the stock market, crises are opportunities. Well, sometimes this may not be true, but the probability is high. So now that we are out of the woods (pandemic-wise), what happened to these S-REITs? However, perhaps the first question would be which are these S-REITs in the first place? Well, these days most of the attention is on the US office S-REITs. Headwinds expected to persist for US office S-Reits despite sharp year-end rally (read here) However, in the early part of the pandemic, in the Singapore market, hospitality REITs bore the brunt of the sell-off (followed by retail REITs).
