My side project has not been progressing for the past few months due to the renovation, still cleaning up. On my career, there's nothing about promotion so I guess I will be moving on.

That's all for my money for now. That being said, I am slowly unloading my main equity portfolio to shift the bulk of it to other portfolios. I have place a small % of my net worth in crypto-assets. Conclusion My portfolio YTD is now -1.14%, with the long term XIRR at -4.16% (w/o Crypto is 0.19%). Hopefully, I can go back into the green.
