Paragon REIT  - she is trading at 83 cents , yield is about 6 percent I think seem quite a good yield level to take note off! NAV is about 90 cents. Gearing is about 30 percent! Not bad to put into my watch list! Paragon REIT  -2nd Half results is out!Dpu is of 2.6 cents I think is not bad! Gearing 30 percents, occupancy rate 98.1 percents. Gross revenue is up 3 percents to 145m, NPI is up 3.3 percent to 109m. XD 13th February. Pay date  22nd March. At 84 cents,  yield is about 5.9%. NAV 91 cents. Pls dyodd....
