ParkwayLife Reit – It has managed to bounce-off from 3.41 and closed higher at 3.50 looks like bargain hunters has come in to support the share price! At 3.50, yield is merely 4.2 percent which is on a low yield level as compare with average 5+ to 6 percent and above for the index reit so, do trade with caution!

ParkwayLife Reit  - It has managed to bounce-off from 3.41 and closed higher at 3.50 looks like bargain hunters has come in to support the share price! At 3.50, yield is merely 4.2 percent which is on a low yield level as compare with average 5+ to 6 percent and above for the index reit so, do trade with caution! The volume transacted is also not high, so it might go down again after this short rebound! If the Japanese interest rate keep increasing then their dpu decrease! Pls dyodd. ParkwayLife Reit  - Chart wise,  bearish mode! Breaking down of 3.40 would be very negative and may see her slidling down to 3.30 than 3.00. At 3.00, yield is about 4.9%. Next support will be at 2.80. Yield is about 4.3 percent at 3.41. Pls dyodd. ParkwayLife Reit  - FY results is out! 2nd Half dpu is up 2.1 perto 7.48 cents.  Gearing is of 35.6 percent. Gross revenue is up 4.7 percent to 73.1m.I think result see some slight increase in dpu. I think results is quite good!...
