Frasers Centrepoint DPU up 12.8% to 2.20cts!

On 18/Jan, Singapore shares ended lower as investors are concern that Beijing may not ease its monetary policy aggressively.

STI ended lower at 2795.40 (0.7%) with HIGH VOL of 1.24 billion shares traded compared with 1.34 billion shares Tuesday. In the broader market, losers outnumbered gainers 217 to 145. Investors took profit today as they are clearing position ahead of the long holiday seasons.

Before market close

CapitaMall Trust (C38U.SG) 4Q distribution per unit fell 2.5% to 2.30 Singapore cents compared with 2.36 Singapore cents a year earlier due to an 18.5% increase in property operating expenses.

After market close

Frasers Centrepoint Trust (FCT) 1Q distribution per unit (DPU) rose 12.8% to 2.20 cents compared with 1.95 cents a year ago.
