Views & Question from reader:  "Based on FY13 profit of $20 million, and FY12 profit of $93 million for Wee Hur as indicated in its press release, assuming profit for FY14 to at least match FY12 due to Premier @ Kaki Bukit TOP, its profit will go up by approx 362%!! It is highly likely the stock will move higher which mirrored 2012 as its stock price surged from $0.28 to $0.61 when Harvest @ Woodlands TOP in 2012. (reader's query continues below..) The profit for FY14 could exceed $93 million as Premier @ Kaki Bukit is a larger development when compared to Harvest @ Woodlands although it only owns 60% stake.
