Every once in a while I receive some emails from readers discussing topics I have written about on my blog. I decide to share an interesting one this week. To cut the long story short, my reader send me some data of a close acquaintance of his that showed:
- How the owners positioned their home to be their place of stay yet able to rent out all three rooms to tenants
- How the owners use leverage financing for their HDB down payment
