2 days ago, I attended a dialogue session organized by Securities Investors Association of Singapore (SIAS) for minority shareholders to meet John Lim, founder of ARA Asset Management, to understand more about the recent privatization offer. A few of my friends and readers could not attend the dialogue session due to work and travel commitments.
