I just happened to came across this video and I find it so true and motivating !



If you take a glass jar and put fleas in it, they will attempt to jump out of the jar. However, once you put on a lid on it and cover it, you will notice that the fleas will continue jumping and hitting the "ceiling" which is the jar cover. If you continue to observe and open the lid 1 hour later, you will notice something amazing. The fleas are still jumping but they will never jump of the jar even though there is no cover. The fleas has been conditioned to believe that there is a ceiling and that they will not jump out !

I am sure many of us believe that there is a "ceiling" above our head ? There are times that we believe we could not complete certain things because it is ......
