Since the last post, prices have been moving up quite steadily in general for most Singapore stocks. Although Vard did pretty well in terms of book orders, the fact that they didn’t declare any dividends was rather disappointing. As a result, I took the chance to reduce my positions in Vard.

I actually bought CapitaMalls Asia in February as well, but forgot to include it in my February post. As all the REITs and most of the Singapore stocks were going up, developers were taking a beating.
