Singapore Stocks: what should one do now?

Today, the Singapore Stocks STI went slightly down by 0.03%. Though the STI today was flat, it belies the fact that for some blue chip stocks; they went down by one to three percentage points. A glance at the top 20 volume stocks shows that there were fewer investors into penny stocks and a look at the technical charts showed me that quite a number of stocks are currently consolidating at their current higher prices chalked up earlier. It is not easy to invest into new positions as I think there are no stimuli to move up stocks, except for good earnings news locally. If a company’s financial results are good, that will boost its share price. There seems to be more financial related news that will cause local stock prices to head down as the stocks world is looking at US, China and Europe. Amidst the current stocks ......
