District 25 is one of the districts within the OCR (Outside of Central Region) of Singapore. It comprises of few neighbourhoods such as Woodlands and Admiralty. Some of the private properties in this region are Parc Rosewood and Woodhaven etc. There aren't any new condominium projects in this district in the recent years. In fact, there are only 295 private property (condominium) transactions in this district in the past 3 years. This is really a low number as compared to the other districts. D19 has almost 23-24 times the amount of transactions in the same time period.
