It comprises of few areas such as Anson Road, Shenton Way and Tanjong Pagar. Some of the private properties in this region are Icon, Skysuites@Anson and Spottiswoode Residences etc. Some of the new launches in this district in the recent years are Sky Everton,  Spottiswoode Suites and Wallich Residence.
