The bigger the bubble is, the higher the number of resale transactions for the specified area. If you hover around the bubble, you will be able to get to know the exact number of resale transactions. 2) Average transacted price ($psf) The more affordable the specified area is, the more orange the box is. Similarly, the more expensive the area is, the more blue the box is. Color changes from orange to blue when it cross the average $psf transacted ($438 psf) across all areas.
