... What a whirlwind 2020 has been! Last year brought many ups and downs, from the circuit breaker and travel ban to many personal challenges that we have faced. However, the greatest learning point that I took home was the gift of TIME. The time that was not spent on traveling to places and outings, but the time spent at home and with our loved ones. The luxury of time (for some of us), got me thinking about how I have spent the last year growing towards achieving financial independence. It dawned on me through this experience that there were indeed 2 kinds of ‘US’ in making things happen! Here at TKSL, we would call these 2 ‘US’ the Do-er and the Wait-er! These 2 mindsets are what sets us apart from reaching our goals within a certain timeframe, and really just getting things done.
