There's so many sg investment gurus out there selling snake oil courses from borrowed investing ideas. It ranges from value investing to, a more recent ad that I saw on Youtube, Barbell strategy.



I foresee there will be crypto trading or "value crypto investing" courses ads popping up next. Just that there aren't many "famous ideas" out there to borrow for cryptos currently. The time will come when crypto has reached super euphoria and became more mainstream (we are approaching soon). Because then it will be easier for the gurus to "sell" to people from all walks of life, make themselves sound more believable and squeeze out more money from it. 

Just keep in mind that these gurus won't be the ones who truly made tons of money from what they preach. 

They are rich from borrowing ideas and packaging them into something sellable...
