To advocate change differing much from our own training or experiences, some that was even outsourced prior then something got to give. Stand firmly on your principles or accept the knowledge gaps. Evidently, change is inevitable and constant. Would we have the knowledge & confidence to learn something that’s out of our area of competence and comfort zone? Knowing change is necessary but tough.
