China Animal Healthcare announced last night that it intends to seek a dual listing in Hong Kong and like Midas will also be making a secondary offering there. It has commenced preparatory work and will soon follow with the appointment of professionals.

The stock has risen on good volume in recent weeks on expectations of the dual listing announcement……so we may see a further blip on the announcement last night. Read more…
