Wilmar eyes Indonesia’s consumer flour market!

On 03/Mar, Singapore shares end higher Thursday boost by increase in U.S. index futures though investors remain cautious ahead.

STI ended higher at 3037.5 (0.3%) with LOW VOL of 1.3 billion shares traded compared with 1.29 billion shares Wednesday. In the broader market, gainers outnumbered losers 311 to 157.  Today STI rally on weak volume with worried investors taking profit at the last minute.

Singapore Airlines Ltd. (C6L.SG) reported five incidents of oil leaks in Rolls-Royce’s Trent 900 engines that propel its fleet of Airbus A380.

Wilmar International plans to invest in Indonesia’s consumer flour market in 2012, which will intensify the competition in the country.
