Eng Wah May be relisted as a property stock. Will Cinemas still be around?

The Edge today had an article on the developments in Eng Wah. To cut the long story short, Eng Wah or Transcu now, is more of a mis of Eng Wah Cinemas and property. The management still sees cinemas working as around the world new cinemas are still build. For me, I seldom go to the cinema any more.  I only go to the cinema to be with friends and enjoy the experience and perhaps that is why we pay a premium for it. In this week’s Google IO’s news, Google will come up with a service to rent movies for USD 1.99. You download it from the Android Market and be able to stream it. Once you hit the play button you have 24 hours to finish the movie. If I rent it and not click play I have 30 days to finish the movie. To me ......
