Another one of my portfolio alcohol stocks, Carlsberg Brewery Berhad released results for FY 2011. Like Guinness Anchor Berhad, the results were excellent as Carlsberg strategy to focus on the local market and produce premium beers locally pay off. Carlsberg, a Danish brand is a producer  of beer, mainly its own brand Carlsberg Green Label, Jolly Shandy and premium beers such as Carlsberg Gold, Asahi Super Dry and Kronenbourg 1664.  Carlsberg Malaysia also owns Carlsberg Singapore wholly, one of the reasons why Carlsberg is one of my largest holding in my portfolio.
