Personal compilation of reits sorted by total potential return & dividend yield

Dear all,

Reits as represented by the FTSE ST Real Estate Investment Trust has appreciated about 36.7% YTD. (Note: This return is calculated by using 31 Dec 12 px against 30 Dec 11 px. Thus, if we only start buying reits at the later part of the year, the returns would likely be much lower.)
