Today is 31 Dec 2012. I will commence my final post of the year with my weekly sharing of my opinions reading the weekly The Sunday Times’ Investment section. Yesterday, Donald Han, Special Advisor to HSR, a property consulting firm was made the focus of the weekly Sunday Times Investment Section. I have seen Donald Han many times on TV but yesterday was the only time I learnt of him in more details. Anyway, this posting does not mean to replicate what was written in the article rather I just want to share with you that Donald mentioned that when it comes to property investment, the most important thing is the timing to enter.
