Work hard or Work smart?

Let's be honest. We see millionaires and billionaires in the top fortune 500 companies everyday and the first thing that came to mind is that they become rich by working smart rather than working hard. Is there a difference between working hard and working smart? Do they yield the same result at the end of the day?


In my view, working hard and working smart yield the same net results at the end of the day. The only difference is that people who works smart yields their net results faster than people who works hard. For e.g you can work 16 hours a day, 5 days a week and earning S$5K a month. On the contrary, we see people who earns the same amount of money but work considerably lesser hours a day.
