I first read this book about 8 years ago when I was doing my national service. I have since read this book a few times over, I spent the whole of this week re-reading it again. If you have never read this book before, I would strongly suggest to pick one up and read it thoroughly. It costs less than 20 bucks but the knowledge gained will change your life for good.
