Would you invest in these property stocks?

Capitaland stock rose by an impressive 3.9% stock today (31 July 2014) to $3.45, the rally in price is within my expectations as reports have been ablaze about the economic potential of Chong Qing, a province of China and how Capitaland has projects there. Even at this price, Capitaland is still below its book value of $3.85. When it comes to property investments in China, yes, I like Chong Qing district but rather than using Capitaland as a proxy to Chong Qing, I am vested in Ying Li stock. I have mentioned about Ying Li stock in my post here. Though Ying Li stock is considered not as cheap (in terms of book value) than Capitaland stock (Ying Li is currently valued at its book value), a technical rally in Ying Li’s stock price may be on the card with increased interest in an external shareholder.
