I had a coach once. He is an American living in Singapore, owns some F&B businesses, and was once an options trader on the floor taking money from one Nick Leeson. One day I approached him seeking advice on trading, and business, and other big boy talk. At one point, our conversation led to him flatly dishing out some really harsh words.

"I'll never hire a fat person. Fat people are liars." His words startled me. Not because I am a chubby sugar addict with a pair of grotesque tofu-textured man boobs, but because they were so blunt and overgeneralised. I let him continue.

"Obviously, given a choice, most people would not want to be fat." This much I'll agree with. It's why gyms can sell memberships, salad shops are thriving, and Victoria's Secret angels aren't pigs. I don't interrupt.
