I am Biased and I Know It

They say if you do not make a stand for something, you will fall for anything.  Thus, I would like to reiterate my conviction on the near-term outlook for S-Reits: I am BULLISH on commercial S-Reits, NEUTRAL on retail S-Reits and BEARISH on industrial S-Reits. How did I formulate my view? I depended on three sources - Singapore real estate market data from URA and JTC, reports from property research firms and my observations. The real estate market data is easily available online (URA: Link and JTC: Link).  Research reports are freely available on subscription basis from real estate agencies like CBRE, DTZ and Savills.  Observations are my own. Is my view flawed?
