Travel Smart Rewards programme like me, chances are they would have owed you a truckload of credits due to their system which is experiencing technical difficulties. I have like $50 that is pending payment at the moment.
Days ago, I got an email from them! Good news for
Travel Smart Rewards.
- November 2014 payments can now be collected
- December 2014 onwards payments can be collected latest by 28-Feb-2015
- No rush with regards to expiring rewards (by right, 3-months validity) as the email states that transfer period will last for 6 months
