Making the Best use of common debt

If you are a reader of Robert T. Kiyosaki’s series of books, you would have known that Robert has presented us with the concept of two kinds of debt: good debt and bad debt. As all of us know, debt is usually a “financial liability” to many people, so how can debt be good? The example of a “good debt” given by Robert Kiyosaki is one which I believe quite a number of people here are familiar with though they may not know that their deeds are classified under Robert’s classification of “good debt”.
