I like reading very much, but I read almost exclusively fiction, and the very occasional (auto)biography, finance books especially bore the hell out of me.
If you didn’t know, Kevin Kwan, a Singaporean author who moved to the US at 12, wrote a hilarious chick-lit-esque book parodying the heralded top classes in Singapore, at 2013. It’s called Crazy Rich Asians, and it mostly talks about their lifestyle that is crazily rich, the insane irony in some of their penny pinching habits, and how money doesn’t mean problems automatically go away. It’s a very easy read, not high-brow literature by any means, but easy to get through in half a day. (The font is rather large.) You can borrow it in libraries by now, or buy it here [no affiliate, I’ve ordered lots of books from BD before and they’re ridiculously cheap but take a looooong time to ship.] ......
