Small Steps

I was introduced to the "small steps" principle when reading the book, "The Psychology of Wealth" written by psychotherapist Dr. Charles Richards. The "small steps" principle posits that amazing results can be achieved through subtle changes in life.  There is no need for grandiose actions or drastic measures.  Just minute alterations will do. You may barely notice the difference.  No one is going to pat you on the back, send a congratulatory note or give you a trophy for the little improvements made to your life.  It may not be as dramatic as scaling Mount Everest or completing the Ironman challenge.  Yet, the end impact can be as profound as night and day.
