Nam Lee's latest full year's results came with a pleasant surprise in the form of a dividend increase. Compared to previous year, Nam Lee is dishing out an additional 1 cent special dividend. Based on last close price (32.5 cents), this works out to be 7.7% dividend yield. The dividend increase is supported by an increase in reported profits. I attach the profit statement screenshot. For us shareholders, profits increased from $7.0 million to $12.9 million.
