July 2016 Portfolio Update – Growing My Passive Income

I am late with my July update. Added the following counters in July:
  1. 500 shares of Keppel Corp.
  2. 466 shares of Nikko AM STI ETF.
  3. 3,000 shares of Soilbuild Business Space Reit.
  4. 4,000 shares of Kingsmen Creative.
I went on a small buying spree at the end of July (maybe because of the revision of Standard Chart's rates). My invested capital has surpassed the S$150,000 mark (like finally). I am really keen on DBS and OCBC shares. Should I buy or should I just hold a little longer? This is always the most difficult question to answer. I am keen to add more shares of DBS when the price is below $15. However, when the price went below $15 (like last Friday), I hesitated......
