Bought:- Frasers L&I Tr (Rights), UOB (DRIP), SGX, Astrea IVB4.35%.
Dividends collected this month: $1,359.68

2018 avg dividends/month: $1,186.08 [17.1% up cf. 2017]

Boring process of building up my passive income portfolio brick-by-brick (bit-by-bit).

Comments:
1. My REIT counters are in better shape while my portfolio was weighted down heavily by Starhub, SPH, SingTel and a few other STI counters. Took the opportunity to collect more SGX.

2. Window dressing last day of June returned my portfolio to positive territory (not counting dividends collected).  Trade war starting?

3. Current worst performing counter: Duty Free Int'l (36.1% unrealised loss).
