Singapore represents a 1% of its revenue as it generates 98% of its revenue in Hong Kong with 150 outlets in Hong Kong. The remaining 1% is from its 4 outlets in Mainland China
I have been to Hong Kong at least 6 times but i have not ate Tam Jai in Hong Kong once. To me, it looks like a store with many outlets like Fairwood Holdings.
