(Idea for 2022 Top Picks?) Tam Jai International (HKEX: 2217) Part 1

A 2 part series, the 1st part will be more light hearted. It will be a review of my experience at Tam Jai Sam Kor in Singapore, 1 of the 3 restaurants it has in Singapore. Singapore represents a 1% of its revenue as it generates 98% of its revenue in Hong Kong with 150 outlets in Hong Kong. The remaining 1% is from its 4 outlets in Mainland China I have been to Hong Kong at least 6 times but i have not ate Tam Jai in Hong Kong once. To me, it looks like a store with many outlets like Fairwood Holdings. (Fairwood Holdings Logo)Which means that unless i do not have a plan on what to eat or i am in a hurry for an event and this happens to be around while i am hungry...then i would eat this.
